This agreement is between the User and the legal rights holders of the App referred to herein as “the Owners”.

The BotBoss.4000 is an installable (or stand-alone) executable file that acts as a proxy for the user to take actions using the system pointer and is referred to herein as “the App”.

Terms of Use

The User accepts that the Owners offer no Guarantees or Warranties expressly or impliedly on the capabilities of the App or it`s fitness for purpose.  The User accepts that the use of the App is at the User`s own risk. 

The User accepts that downloading, extracting or running the App constitutes acceptance of the Terms of Use and the License to Use contained herein, and that any of the aforementioned actions shall confirm a willingness to be bound by the same.

In the case where any part of this document is deemed to be invalid, the remaining parts of this document shall remain valid and the Parties agree that any interpretation of the remaining parts shall be so as to express the original agreement intended by the parties to the fullest extent possible.

This agreement is to be construed under German Law.  The parties agree that the German Court System shall have exclusive jurisdiction over this agreement.

License to Use

The User is granted a limited non-exclusive License to use the App as intended by the instructions for use. The User may not use the App for commercial purposes. For the avoidance of doubt, the User may not sell, rent, hire or otherwise receive monetary compensation for the redistribution of the App or for the provision of services using the App.

The license to use is given at the discretion of the Owners and may be withdrawn at any time. 

The Owners reserve the right to unilaterally alter the Terms of Use or the License to Use without notice.  Any such changes will be distributed to our Users by email and reflected publicly online from the date of change.
